Zoltan is a global technology and transformation leader with 20+ years of experience driving enterprise product, software engineering, and digital transformation across B2B SaaS environments. Proven in building and scaling high-performing product and engineering teams, modernising SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and MLOps to accelerate time-to-market and improve product quality. Highly skilled in defining commercially viable AI use cases, leveraging data and analytics, and managing risk to deliver scalable, sustainable innovation.
He holds CPD certifications as an AI Professional from the University of Oxford (100% given for the ‘How to Drive AI in Your Business’ Module ) and as a Board Director from the Financial Times. He has been named one of British Interactive Media Associations’ (BIMA) Top 100 Most Influential People in Digital (Tech Trailblazer) and earned a 95.8% out of 100% customer service rating from an undercover Gallup inspector at The Dorchester in London.
He believes leadership exists to create clarity, trust, and measurable impact at scale.
