Peter Morgan became a Co-founder alongside Zoltan Vass in 2026. Peter brings 13 years of extensive experience in AI, data and machine learning.
With a strong technical background, Peter has been consulting in AI for the past 13 years. Starting with a PhD in physics he then worked as a Solutions Architect within cloud infrastructure across a variety of business domains. Cross-training to become a Data Scientist in 2013, Peter quickly saw machine learning as the most general purpose approach to solving business and scientific problems. With this insight he has been helping clients leverage AI within their businesses ever since, including trialling PoCs and deploying AI solutions into production.
At the beginning of 2026, he decided to join forces with Zoltan to cofound the Future of Work, a company dedicated to helping businesses with their AI transformation and adoption. His passion is to follow the latest developments in AI, including LLMs (open and closed source), multimodal models, agentic AI and AGI, along with increasingly capable business and scientific applications.
Over the past few years, he has also been Head Tutor and course developer on several courses on AI and leadership offered by the University of Oxford, Said Business School.
