How I include my handmade with love into every project.

Remotely led and delivered this critical digital transformation project. Analysed the project scope and budget and resource allocation; mapped out processes for project delivery; created synergies within project delivery teams and client teams; created project delivery key performance indicators, and established greater governance and accountability. Succeeded in delivering the project within the time and budget and up to Mintel’s standards.

Oracle recognised the need to support the Oracle Open World event by developing an NLP Chatbot. Hired as a remote external project delivery specialist one month before the hard deadline to lead this technological innovation. Analysed current project status and allocation of work; mapped out client requirements; designed roadmap and sprints; co-ordinated inhouse and 3rd party developers, and implemented new agile workflow processes; created plan of execution with maximum efficiency, and led all aspects of implementation. Succeeded in delivering the MVP on time and in budget, ensuring higher quality customer service.

A digital transformation project for the British Interactive Media Association (BIMA) was falling significantly behind schedule. Was hired as a specialist project delivery consultant with the goal to remotely turn around this troubled Sitecore project. Reviewed all aspects of the project up to current status; business partnered c-suite to define and develop new project road map; assembled project delivery team; liaised with 3rd party suppliers, and executed project delivery. Successfully delivered business critical project on time and in budget, reducing website issues from 201 to 0.

In January 2020 with the emergence of Covid19, I recognised that remote working would be the future of everyday work. Partnered with Tech London Advocates (TLA) to create a dedicated remote working action group. Identified and partnered with TLA organisation; organised remote working (RW) promotional event; created sub group within TLA; identified business partner, and built and recruited diverse board of senior leaders and three working squads on Research, Events and Marketing. Succeeded in creation of a committed Remote Working advocacy group (300+) to lead innovation and shape the future of this new way of working. In February 2021 recognised the need to rebrand to Future of Work, grasping the big picture of Work 2.0.
