We partnered with a major global consulting firm and their enterprise client, a multinational energy company, to evaluate the readiness and near-term applicability of quantum computing within real-world business environments. Our team conducted a rigorous assessment of emerging quantum technologies, algorithmic maturity, and hardware capabilities, identifying practical pathways for early adoption in optimisation, materials modelling, and secure computation. The engagement helped both the consulting partner and end energy company develop a clear, evidence-based roadmap for integrating quantum-ready strategies into their innovation pipelines.

Oracle recognised the need to support the Oracle Open World event by developing an NLP Chatbot. We collaborated as a remote external project delivery specialists one month before the hard deadline to lead this technological innovation and implementation. Analysed current project status and allocation of work; mapped out client requirements and scope; designed roadmap and sprints; co-ordinated inhouse and 3rd party developers, and implemented new agile workflow processes; created plan of execution with maximum efficiency, and led all aspects of implementation.

We partnered with two leading UK universities to design and deliver AI for Business programmes at both postgraduate and professional levels. Our team developed the curriculum, course materials, and assessment frameworks for Master’s programmes and executive certifications, combining strategic business insight with practical AI application. The courses equipped students and professionals with the skills to integrate AI into real-world decision-making, operations, and innovation strategies, including compliance and regulation. We remotely led and delivered this critical digital transformation project. Analysed the project scope and budget and resource allocation; mapped out processes for project delivery; created synergies within project delivery teams and client teams; created project delivery key performance indicators, and established greater governance and accountability. Succeeded in delivering the project within the time and budget and up to Mintel’s standards.

Partnering with a gene sequencing company we deployed an advanced AI-driven workflow that significantly accelerated throughput while boosting sequence accuracy on their nanopore platforms. Our solution analysed raw signal data in real-time, optimised base-calling and error-correction pipelines, and dynamically adjusted sequencing parameters within their high-throughput genomics operations. As a result, the client was able to process more samples per run, deliver richer variant calling and structural-variant resolution, and move from exploratory to scalable production-grade sequencing in less time. This engagement exemplifies how AI can transform mission-critical scientific workflows and deliver measurable gains in both speed and precision.

In January 2020 with the emergence of Covid19, our Co-founder recognised that remote working would be the future of everyday work. We partnered with Tech London Advocates (TLA) to create a dedicated remote working action group. Organised remote working (RW) promotional event; created sub group within TLA; built and recruited diverse board of senior leaders and three working squads on Research, Events and Marketing. Succeeded in re-branding and creating a committed Future of Work advocacy group (700+) to lead innovation and shape the future of this new way of working, grasping the big picture of Work 2.0.

- Built a Future of Work Board and core team (entirely volunteer-led) advocacy community from 0 to 700+ members
