Who I am
I am Zoltan Vass. I am a commercially minded and outcomes focused global technology leader whose focus is on creating and improving governance and operations, ways of working and processes, delivery and implementation best practices, innovation and ensuring the tangible IP and tech knowledge is documented to increase shareholder and company value, efficiency and deliver better business performance. As a result of my deep understanding of technology, governance and people I have been named one of BIMA’s Top 100 Most Influential People in Digital (Tech Trailblazer) and earned a 95.8% customer service rating from an undercover Gallup inspector at The Dorchester in London.
I mainly support PE and VC houses, as well as their portfolio companies, in achieving stronger results both pre- and post-capital raising, mergers, and in preparing for IPO exits.
I am multi-lingual, results-driven and London-based, with a unique network in the UK and Eastern Europe, I bring technical, digital and strategic understanding of recent changes – and what lies ahead – for the workplace. Both a thinker and doer -not shy from ground work – I’m happy to roll up my sleeves and address the task at hand, whatever it may be.
From organising implementation and delivery best practices and governance to detailed project development in digital transformation, I apply extensive experience of bridging tech, digital and communication gaps – across borders and, importantly, between client, partner agency and third parties.
For me, it’s vital to combine a human, cultural approach with tech and digital insight to deliver true transformation and success.
